At Marsh & Mallow Co, s’mores are the treat, and hospitality is the heart. As owners, Rod & Freddie built this company around the belief that dessert can create connection when it’s done with care. We roast our s’mores to order from a custom menu designed by our clients. However, what matters most to us is how it makes your guests feel: welcomed, included, and part of something special. We’re passionate about thoughtful, interactive dessert that adds warmth and energy to your event. For us, it’s never just about the sweet treat, it’s about creating an experience your guests will genuinely enjoy and remember — especially if they’re gluten free.
Step 1: Pick Your Quantity
Most guests will have 1, some won’t have any, and some will want to try them all!
We recommend no more than 1 per person.
We’ve roasted s’mores for groups as small as 5 and as large as 2,000! We build your package to your needs… you might only need 87, or 141 — we’ll work with you to find the right number! Once a contract is signed, 50% deposit is due up front, and the remainder is due 2 weeks from your event, unless you’re booking us with less than 3 weeks notice.
These all come with our standard set up, 2 hours of serve time, menu, wet naps, 3 flavors, 30 minutes of set up, and staffing!
Ask us about consumption based pricing if you aren’t sure how many you’ll actually need.
The only thing missing is a 10% gratuity, mileage at $1/per, and any extras* or discounts** you might use. (*Extra s’mores, extra serve time, etc.) (**Educator, healthcare, vendor referral, etc.)

We’ve got two set ups, our standard table, and larger push cart! Both have options for decor (click here), and work in a variety of spaces!

Early Set Up — When time allows, we arrive before guests and get everything into place. This brings a more cohesive feeling verses us rolling in during the event.
(Please note for indoors, the cart needs a ADA ramp, and 36” doors to fit through.)

Set up 30 minutes prior. There is an option to set up earlier, for just $50/hr for every hour earlier.
The bar fits in every space, which is great!
Step 3: Menu & Tastings
It’s time for our favorite part, picking out your menu! If you don’t need us within 3 weeks you’ve got time for a tasting, and we can go custom on flavors! If you see a s’more on our Instagram stories that isn’t listed online, just ask! Freddie is a chef by degree and can make some truly amazing s’mores.
If you do need us within 3 weeks, no sweat - we’ll work with you to find great options on our current menu.
